Applicants attending high school outside the U.S. must submit a Swarthmore video response, an English-proficiency result (TOEFL, IELTS or Duolingo), or an InitialView/Vericant video; an English exam is encouraged for non-English curricula
$60 application fee; applicants with financial need may seek a fee waiver through SwatPass or the application
