УМОВИ ПОДАЧІ
International first-year applicants receive automatic consideration for the nonresident Achievement Scholarship with admission: up to $89,100 over four years, not a guaranteed full ride. Recipients must meet UC eligibility, confirm nonresident status, submit their enrollment intent and maintain a 3.0 GPA each quarter.
UC excludes SAT/ACT from admission and scholarship selection. Scores may still support minimum eligibility or course placement.
Published English benchmarks: IELTS 6.5, TOEFL 4.5 (80 on the pre-January-2026 scale), or DET 115; specified AP/IB English results or qualifying composition coursework also apply. Complete the exam by December of the final secondary-school year. IELTS One Skill Retake, TOEFL MyBest and digital SAT Reading/Writing do not satisfy this requirement.
International fee: $95 per campus, non-refundable. UC waivers: US citizens, permanent residents or AB540 eligibility only.
Fall 2027: apply October 1–November 30, 2026. Admitted first-year students must accept by May 1, 2027.
